BIG JOE

Big Joe came to us from a shelter that described him as psychotic and unhandleable. The person who picked him up as a stray and took him to the shelter for adoption knew that Joe was a sweetheart and was just frightened in the shelter environment. As we all had mutual connections, it was decided that Big Joe might be a good fit here. Was that ever an understatement? From the minute Joe was placed in his enclosure on the porch for acclimation via the Alley Cat Allies protocol, Joe was relaxed and wanted attention. Apparently, the ranch is a much more agreeable environment for a cat of Big Joe’s stature. Joe has earned the title of ranch boss and the coolest ranch panther ever.
